Terms of Service

By commissioning me,you have read and accepted all the terms below and you may contact me via Twitter, Instagram or email

GENERAL INFO
>You will not receive any physical prints, nor are you allowed to make any profits off my work. (Must let me know if you're using for commercial purposes)>I hold full rights to the artwork, which means I may post it on my socials. As well as stream the process unless asked not to.>You must give proper credits to me. You are NOT allowed to claim it as your own artwork!>Clients are required to provide clear requirements and expectations upfront, including reference materials or assets before work begins. unless it is a full character design commission.


ORDER AND PAYMENT
>Commissions are selected based on how well I can fulfill your request, I do reserve the right to decline your commission if I think the project doesn't fit with my style.>Due to Artist's tax rules the Client must provide a billing address to proceed with the commission. I will not be able to send an invoice without one.>After discussing with me about details I will send an invoice via Paypal. You must send the half or the full payment before any more work begins.>Full refunds are allowed to be requested if the commission has not been started on after an extended period of time of the initial agreement (2 weeks), after the lineart phase has been approved by the client, it is no longer refundable.>Illustrations take TIME. Depending on amount, orders can take anywhere between a few days to a few weeks to finish. You will be notified if your order is taking longer than expected.>Rush request (30% of total commission price) can be requested to bump your commission up to the top of the queue.


COMMERCIAL INFO
The added price is dependent on the type of business you're intending to do with the artwork.>1.5x price: art used for streaming media platforms that generate monetary profit (twitch, youtube, etc), promotional/branding purposes, and game assets>2x price: art used for merchandise such as stickers, charms, tshirts, postcards, prints etc.>Usage of Work for AI (artificial intelligence) tools, platforms or programs; ML (machine learning) tools, platforms or programs; AI or ML training; NFT; blockchain; or other for-profit platforms/purposes, is strictly prohibited.

Prices presented are starting prices, can change depending on complexity of the request

Critique Videos
$30

> Send in your artwork and I will critique and paint over your work on video!> You will get a single video (20 minutes minimum) going over everything done right and wrong in your art
> You will get a painted over corrected version of your artwork as well as a basic step by step practice guide

> Character portrait with simple background
>Includes .png and/or .jpeg of the sketch and final render

Thigh Up
$120

> Single character with simple background
>Includes .png and/or .jpeg of the sketch and final render

Full Body
$180

> Single full character with simple background and extra effects
>Includes .png and/or .jpeg of the sketch and final render, any additional speedpaints or files if requested

Full Illustration
$250+

> Includes complex background, complex lighting and effects
>Includes .png and/or .jpeg of the sketch and final render, any additional speedpaints or files if requested
